The organic farm was established in 2015 in the ecological village of “clil” in the heart of the Western Galilee. It spans nine dunams and combines organic farming and educational work.
At the farm, we grow vegetables using an organic-ecological approach—without chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers—while preserving soil health, biodiversity, and natural cycles.
Over the years, the farm has become an active community hub, attracting residents, families, and volunteers – a vibrant living community surrounded by fields and greenery.
At the farm’s entrance, an organic shop offers the farm’s produce, locally sourced goods, and other organic products.
The farm is now expanding by creating an innovative mental health rehabilitation and vocational program, offering recovery, personal growth, and meaningful employment within an established social enterprise with proven economic sustainability.
Our project was born from recognizing the challenges people face in integrating into the labor market, aiming to create meaningful change in practice through a productive employment framework that includes personalized rehabilitation programs, as an alternative to existing services.

Building on our experience and the community that has grown around us, we are embarking on a new path: establishing a therapeutic and vocational program for people with mental health challenges, based on the farm’s existing agricultural activity and creating a meaningful avenue for healing and employment.
In the North, which was severely affected by the recent war, the need for supportive spaces and a caring community is greater than ever. Launching our therapeutic program here is a statement of rebuilding and renewal – creating a place of stability, hope, and future.
We are establishing a unique therapeutic-vocational program for people with mental health challenges. This is a community hungry for opportunity – individuals with abilities, motivation, and drive, who struggle to find their place within existing frameworks. At the farm, participants will have the chance to engage in agricultural work, support the community shop, and participate in productive activities, alongside emotional support, a supportive group, a sense of belonging, and therapeutic tools.
This model combines workplace features with a rehabilitative framework, enabling participants to build a meaningful and sustainable employment path—integrating and creating real change in their lives.
It is a model that merges meaningful productive work with a professional rehabilitative support system, within a natural, humane, stable, and supportive environment.
The farm will be a place of work, home, community, and safe ground. Through agricultural work, direct sales in the community shop, and therapeutic and rehabilitation programs, people with mental health challenges will gain a new path forward.
Work that is deeply connected to the processes of the earth and nature, in an ecological environment — from planting the seed to harvesting and consuming it as healing food.
Group therapies led by professionals, alongside personal guidance from a dedicated team. Tailored employment – integration into a workplace adapted to the needs of the participants in their rehabilitation process.
Integration into a workplace adapted to the needs of the participants in their rehabilitation process.
A sense of belonging to a place and a group, developing social and professional skills in the field and in the farm shop.
Our program was developed with guidance from professionals in rehabilitation, mental health, and business entrepreneurship. It provides holistic therapeutic support – including ecotherapy, trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness, and additional tools – alongside structured business planning to ensure financial and vocational stability. Professionals will accompany the program and its participants throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality and meaningful experience.
The Farm in Kallil operates as a productive social enterprise and strives for financial self-sufficiency: organic agricultural cultivation, direct sales in the community shop, organic agriculture courses, ecological workshops, and an inviting space for other initiatives from the Western Galilee.
At this stage, we are raising the initial budget to get started – agricultural equipment, gathering spaces, and a fresh start. Your contribution is not just an investment in a project – it is a statement of solidarity with the North, with Israel, and with those who need a helping hand to begin again.
Together, we can turn wounded land into a ground of hope – and give people a real opportunity to start anew.
